1. Our Privacy Commitment

LINKUP WIRELESS™ LLC operates under a true zero-knowledge architecture. We have intentionally designed our systems so that we cannot access, view, or store your communications data, browsing history, location data, or the content of your messages. Privacy is not just a promise—it is built into the code.

2. Information We Collect: Billing Data Only

To provide our service, we collect only the minimum required to process payments and communicate with you:

• Email address – to deliver your eSIM QR code and service updates.
• Payment information – processed entirely by Stripe, a PCI‑DSS Level 1 certified processor. We never see or store your full credit card number.
• Account status – whether your subscription is active and your plan type.

We do not collect, store, or have access to: your name (unless provided for porting), physical address, browsing history, location data, call records, message content, device identifiers, or any other personal information.

3. What We CANNOT Provide to Law Enforcement

Because of our zero-knowledge architecture, if we receive a subpoena, warrant, or any other legal demand for customer data, the following is true:

• We cannot provide call detail records — we don't have them.
• We cannot provide browsing history — we don't log it.
• We cannot provide location data — we don't collect it.
• We cannot provide message content — we can't access it.
• We cannot provide real-time surveillance — our architecture makes this technically impossible.

The only information we could potentially be compelled to provide is the limited billing data described in Section 2. We will notify affected customers of any legal process seeking their information, unless prohibited by law.

4. No Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with any third party for any purpose. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build profiles on our customers.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe's use of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own Privacy Policy. We receive only a transaction confirmation and your email address.

6. Data Retention

We retain billing records only as long as necessary to provide your service and comply with applicable tax laws. When you cancel your service, your billing information is deleted within 90 days. Since we don't collect any other data, there is nothing else to retain or delete.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make changes, we will notify you by email and update the effective date above.
