By accessing or using LINKUP WIRELESS™ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
LINKUP WIRELESS™ provides a month‑to‑month prepaid mobile service via eSIM for $40/month, including unlimited talk, text, and data (first 50GB at high speed, then guaranteed 25 Mbps), international calling to 60+ countries, and triple‑network coverage. Service is delivered on a best‑effort basis. We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service.
Payments are processed by Stripe on a recurring monthly basis. You authorize LINKUP WIRELESS™ to charge your payment method each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. No refunds are provided for partial months.
LINKUP WIRELESS™ operates under a zero‑knowledge architecture. We do not log, store, or have access to your browsing history, location data, call records, or message content. Our full privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, or to violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations.
We strive to provide reliable service through triple‑network coverage and guaranteed speeds. However, coverage may vary by location and is subject to the network availability of our underlying carrier partners. We do not guarantee coverage in all areas. The "zero‑drop" and "25 Mbps guaranteed" features are design goals, not absolute warranties. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions, dropped calls, or speed reductions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LINKUP WIRELESS™ LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, LINKUP WIRELESS™ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LINKUP WIRELESS™ LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Miami‑Dade County, Florida. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class‑wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
